The NickFUN terms and conditions are the rules for using nickfun.com, the free fancy text and nickname generator published by The NickFUN Team: who may use it, what you may do with the names it generates, how submitted nicknames are handled, and where our responsibility for results ends.

1. INTRODUCTION

By using NickFUN.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our service.

NickFUN.com is a free tool for creating special character nicknames — for games such as Free Fire and PUBG Mobile, and for social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. It is operated and published by The NickFUN Team.

2. WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE

Users must be 13 years old or older
NickFUN.com is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this service or submit anything through it
If you are under 18, use this service with the permission of a parent or guardian
By using NickFUN.com, you confirm you meet these age requirements

3. WHAT WE DO (AND DON’T DO)

We provide:

Free nickname generators with special characters
A fancy text generator that converts plain letters into Unicode font styles
Copy-to-clipboard symbols, combos and kaomoji shown alongside generated results
A box for visitors to submit their own nickname ideas, which may then be published on the site

We DON’T:

Buy, sell, or trade anything
Process any payments or transactions
Guarantee that third-party platforms (Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, TikTok, etc.) will accept your nicknames
Have any affiliation with gaming or social media platforms

No affiliation, and whose trademarks these are. NickFUN.com is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Garena, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp or any other game publisher or social platform, and it is not an official source for any of them. All game names, platform names, logos and trademarks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. We refer to them only to describe where a generated nickname can be pasted, which is descriptive use and not a claim of ownership or partnership.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

When using NickFUN.com, you agree to:

Use the service for lawful purposes only
NOT create offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate nicknames
NOT impersonate others or violate anyone’s rights
Comply with the rules of third-party platforms where you use the nicknames
NOT use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on our website

5. NICKNAMES AND CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

The generator has an Add your own idea box. This section sets out who owns what you type into it, and what we are allowed to do with it.

You keep ownership. A nickname idea you submit stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it
You give us permission to publish it. By submitting, you grant NickFUN.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute that submission on this site — including next to the name it belongs to, where any visitor can see and copy it
Submissions are public, not private. Anything you put in that box is intended for publication. Do not submit a real name, contact detail, password or anything else private
You confirm it is yours to give. By submitting, you confirm the content is yours or that you are allowed to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or impersonate anyone
We can refuse or remove anything. We may decline, edit or delete any submission at any time — for example if it is offensive, discriminatory, spam, or breaks section 4 — and we do not have to explain why
You can ask us to take it down. If something published here is yours and you want it removed, email us with the page address and the exact text. You do not have to give a reason. Removal ends the licence above for that submission, although copies other visitors already copied are outside our control

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and features of NickFUN.com are owned by the operator of NickFUN.com
You can freely use the nicknames you generate for personal use
You cannot copy, reproduce, or commercially use our website’s code, design, or features
Individual Unicode characters and symbols are part of the Unicode Standard and are not owned by anyone — what is protected here is this site’s code, design and arrangement, not the characters themselves

7. DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: NickFUN.com is provided “as is” without any guarantees.

We do NOT guarantee:

That the service will always be available or error-free
That generated nicknames will work on all platforms
That your account won’t be penalized by third-party platforms for using special characters

You use this service at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NickFUN.com and its operator are NOT responsible for:

Account bans or suspensions on gaming/social platforms
Any damages or losses from using our service
Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
Actions taken by third-party platforms

9. CHANGES TO SERVICE AND TERMS

We can modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice
We can update these Terms at any time
Continued use of the service means you accept any changes
The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last changed. We only move that date when the wording actually changes

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be handled in Ho Chi Minh City courts.
