What is useful to send
If something on the site is wrong, we would rather hear it than leave it up. These details help us reproduce a problem quickly:
- A character or style that does not work somewhere. Tell us the exact name you typed, the style you picked, and the app or game you pasted it into — platforms filter characters differently, so the destination matters.
- A result that looks broken on your device. Include your phone or browser. An empty box usually means your device has no font for that character rather than a fault in the character itself, and knowing the device tells us which it is.
- Something we got factually wrong. The page address and the sentence in question is enough. We date what we publish, so we can check what changed since.
Content removal and copyright
Send removal and copyright requests to [email protected] with Removal request or Copyright in the subject line. We act on verified requests rather than deleting on demand, so please include enough detail for us to identify what you mean.
- Copyright complaint. Identify the work you hold rights to, give the exact URL on this site where it appears, confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them, and include a way to reach you. If the claim checks out we remove or amend the material.
- A nickname or name that identifies you. The generator lets visitors submit nicknames, and a submitted nickname can then be shown alongside that name on the site. If something published here identifies you personally and you want it gone, send us the URL and the exact string, and we will remove it. You do not need to explain why.
- Something offensive that got through. Submissions are filtered, but no filter is perfect. Report the URL and the string and we will take it down.
- Trade mark or brand concerns. NickFUN is an independent tool and claims no association with any game or platform. If a page reads as though it implies otherwise, tell us which one and we will reword it.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what data the site holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email the same address with Privacy in the subject line. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy, and the cookies page covers what is stored in your browser. Using the generator does not require an account, and you do not have to give us a name or an email address to use any tool on this site.
Before you write
Two things we are asked often and cannot help with. NickFUN is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Garena, TikTok, Instagram or any game publisher — we cannot recover a game account, reverse a name change or contact those companies on your behalf. And Unicode fonts do not work in @username fields; they work in display names, bios and posts.
